Terms & Conditions for shipping

  • A variable fuel surcharge and service tax will be added to the rates.
  • Mail service will be collected from the office and delivered to the consignee’s doorstep without any extra charges.
  • Chargeable weight will be rounded off to the next higher 500g or 1kg, depending on the rate slab.
  • The chargeable weight will be the actual weight or volumetric weight (LxWxH (in cms) /5000), whichever is higher, and includes the weight of the packing.
  • No deductions will be allowed for late delivery, customs delays, damages, or other issues unless approved by the principal.
  • Additional charges will apply for customs clearance, handling/packing, DGR clearance and DG fee, loading/unloading, and transportation.
  • Chemicals, liquids, and electronic shipments will have additional clearance charges. Contact customer service for more information.
  • Rates and surcharges are subject to change without notice. Confirm rates and special offers before booking.
  • The shipper will be charged for address corrections, remote area charges, and return freight.
  • Lost compensation is limited to the declared invoice value or Rs. 500, whichever is lower.
  • Restricted items and those that violate the Indian Postal Act will not be accepted.
