China Customs, Duty and Documents

Chinese customs treats postal and courier items for personal use differently from commercial goods. Gifts and personal items up to a small value, currently 50 yuan, are cleared without duty, and personal items are limited to reasonable quantities for personal use. A single item above the per-article limit, currently 2,000 yuan for inbound personal items, may be treated as a commercial import. Rules change, so we confirm the current position when you book. Courier Charges from India to China

There is no single per-kg rate for India to China. The price depends on chargeable weight (the higher of actual and volumetric weight, length × width × height in cm ÷ 5,000), the service level, the contents and any duty payable in China. Send us the weight, size and destination city and we quote before pickup.

What You Cannot Send to China, or Can Send Only with Conditions

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives and weapon parts
• Meat, dairy, seafood and fresh produce
• Cash, currency and negotiable instruments
• Counterfeit and pirated goods
• Publications, media or items that Chinese law treats as harmful to state security or public order
• Flammables, aerosols, compressed gases and other dangerous goods
• Vapes and e-cigarettes

Allowed with conditions

• Medicines: personal-use prescription medicine in small quantities with the prescription and original packs. Ask us before you ship any medicine.
• Phones and electronics: allowed for personal use, but some devices need Chinese certification for commercial supply. Loose lithium batteries and power banks have air transport limits.
• Packaged food: only sealed, shelf-stable snacks, spices and tea in personal quantities.
• Gold and jewellery: declare accurate values and expect extra checks.
• Liquids and perfumes: sealed, leak-proof packing only.

Delivery Across China

We deliver to Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong-linked addresses on the mainland, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Yiwu and other cities. Shipments clear customs at the entry airport and continue with local delivery partners to the door.

Address tip: include the street, building and room number, district, city, province and six-digit postal code, plus a mobile number that will be answered. Writing the address in Chinese characters as well as English helps local couriers. Company addresses should include the company name and the receiving department.
